According to the “Belmonte News” of the Institute of Schoenstatt Diocesan Priests, Msgr. Eduardo Pinheiro da Silva SDB, bishop of the Brazilian diocese of Jaboticabal, has approved the reappointment of Marcelo Cervi, a priest of his diocese who belongs to the Schoenstatt Institute, for another three years to serve as rector of the International Schoenstatt Center and of the Matri Ecclesiae Shrine in Rome. This decision was taken by Monsignor Eduardo after conversations with the General Rector of the Schoenstatt Institute, Dr. Christian Lohr and Archbishop Emeritus Ignazio Sanna, who represents the Institute in Italy.
