First National Women’s Encounter in Schoenstatt Ecuador: “Woman, Source of Hope”
On August 31st, the National Shrine of Guayaquil hosted the First National Encounter of Women, which attracted 175 women from Schoenstatt Ecuador. With the motto “Woman, Source of Hope”, the event sought to unite Catholic women to face the current challenges of the country, inspired by the Schoenstatt charism and the symbolism of Father Joseph Kentenich’s tree of womanly greatness.
54th anniversary of the Sion Shrine in Schoenstatt
On August 30th, the Community of the Schoenstatt Fathers celebrated the 54th anniversary of the blessing of the Shrine on Mount Sion.
