The Shrine was conquered by the Schoenstatt Youth in Asunción, who took the initiative for its construction and worked hard for its realization. Deep experiences at the blessing of the Corrientes Shrine in Argentina
On September 11th, 3,000 persons attended the blessing of the Shrine of Corrientes, Argentina, who came from all over Argentina, and also from abroad, especially from Paraguay, Chile and Uruguay. It was a deep experience for the Schoenstatters and for the faithful and clergy of the Church.

The grandnephew of Father Franz Reinisch draws our attention to the importance of this priest who refused to swear an oath to Hitler, paying for such audacity with his beheading at the guillotine. Today, he says, Reinisch can be an example to follow for young people who seek to be consistent with their principles.
