We continue with the second day of the international novena, which this year has the theme “I believe, that my contributions counts.” Together, as the Schoenstatt Family, we prepare for the Covenant of Love Day on October 18.
On the second day of the novena, we will learn more about the life of Joseph Engling, hero of Schoenstatt’s founding generation. The prayer will be said in Prositten, in the house where he lived during his childhood. This city, which at the time of his birth (1898) belonged to Germany, is now part of Polish territory.
The second day of the novena will be led by Dr. Alicja Kostka, the vice-postulator of the Cause for Beatification of Joseph Engling, who is a member of the Schoenstatt Women’s Apostolic Federation and currently lives in Prositten.
The house where the images were recorded was the former barn of the Engling family and the place where a Home Shrine was recently inaugurated.
