With hearts full of joy and hope, the Apostolic Schoenstatt Family Federation of Costa Rica begin 2025 by welcoming four new courses to this beautiful vocation. This moment not only marks a new chapter but also represents a renewed commitment to the values that unite and strengthen them as a community.

The festivities began with an emotional celebration of Holy Mass, officiated by Father Marcel Mouras, in charge of the founding of the Family Federation in Costa Rica, and Father Andrés Elías Ramírez, Coordinator of the Family Ministry of the Diocese of Cartago. During the ceremony, the presence of the Holy Spirit filled the atmosphere, reminding us of the importance of the shared mission and the call that each one has answered by joining this path as part of the Federation.

“Here we are!”

Once the Mass was over, the new educator couples enthusiastically called out their course members. In a single voice, a powerful and emotional “Here we are!” resounded throughout the venue. This sincere and fervent proclamation moved everyone present, igniting the feeling of unity and belonging that characterizes the Federation.

Course 12 has seven couples and is taught by José Martínez and Kattia Rivera. Course 13 has nine couples and is led by Manuel Emilio Hernández and Martha Castro. Course 14 also has nine couples and is taught by Jorge Llobet and Laura Constenla. Course 15 has eight couples and is taught by Francisco Mesalles and Daniela Ramírez.

The evening ended festively with a delicious dinner and activities that strengthened the bonds between all those present. These moments of camaraderie and joy reminded us that, in this beautiful vocation, we are not just a group of couples but a family united by the same purpose: to promote love, faith, and hope in our communities.

New courses: a sign of hope

We feel privileged to be part of this journey and to see the fruits that the Blessed Mother and her beloved son are pouring out on this fertile land.

We continue strengthening our mission through the new courses that have joined us. Each family that joins is a new seed planted in our garden, an opportunity to grow in love and faith, and a call to live our vocation with greater depth.

Looking to the future, let us embrace this new year with an open heart and a renewed commitment to continue serving, loving, and sharing. Welcome to the Apostolic Family Federation’s beautiful journey! May the Blessed Mother guide and inspire us in every step together.

We stand by that, we remain loyal!
