HOW CAN WE STAY CONNECTED TO THE ORIGINAL SHRINE?

HOW CAN WE STAY CONNECTED TO THE ORIGINAL SHRINE?

Social distancing, confinement, so many measures to take care of our health and the health of our loved ones. But how do we take care of our spiritual health? What measures do we take to strengthen our faith?

Surely this 2020 took many of us by surprise. It is not what we expected when we celebrated the countdown on the last day of last year. So many disappointments, sick relatives, work problems and for many the sad loss of loved ones due to the pandemic. Seeking the light in this time of darkness seems to be the biggest challenge of all, trying to see something positive in every situation we live is a task we must take up every day.

When we only see chaos in our world, and our mind is filled with doubt, where is our faith in God? How can we practice it?

Now that we live in an environment of restrictions, that hugs are not allowed and confinement is the new normality, how can we stay close to our Shrine? How can we manage to visit our Queen of Schoenstatt in these moments of so much loneliness?

Father Pablo Pol, Rector of the Schoenstatt Original Shrine, in a short video gives us recommendations about how to keep our faith alive in these times of uncertainty and how to connect as a Schoenstatt family to our Original Shrine.
